I have a question about the handstands! For 3 days I've been doing them facing to the wall. But after every training my head hurts me . I'm not sure if I should do them anymore.

I think it's normal because you are increasing the blood pressure in your head while upside down. From my experience (which isn't much), it will go away after a while.

You should do as Inca says. Josh would know more about it than most.

Your circulatory system is not used to functioning while gravity is pulling all the blood to your head. The more time you spend upside down (over the course of weeks and months, that is, not forcing yourself to do it for long bouts all at once), the more your body will adapt to it, until you don't feel any discomfort at all. Do it gradually and don't bite off more than you can chew on any given day.

Again, though, talk to (off the top of my head) Rastaman, Mcem222 and as Mike said, Josh T. especially.

Master the pike push ups and do some freestands. your head will get used to it, just dont go faint.

I say that, but really I think muscle-ups are where it's at -because I can't do one :facepalm:

You should mention in your log "GTG Chinups" . You'll look back and think you did 6 in a row.

Good job on the bridges!

Also, "Chinups 5 x 5" means you did 5 sets of 5 in a row. Is that right? The reason I ask is because wasn't it only a week ago you were just able to do your first full chinup?

If you're doing reps already, then double good job!

If I may make a suggestion. Since you have done a full chin up. Don't neglect them. Do at least one every time you are going to work upper body. Then carry on with your half chins.
You will increase your full chins if you work them!

Solid advice. Also, I recommend you incorporate negatives, maybe after your half chins.

Something like this might work well:

Full Chinup

Thanks guys! I tried to GTG the full chinups but this method wasn't suitable for me - I simply forgot about them - . Gonna work on them together with half ones and slow negatives as you said. Thank you again! :nod:
