You've built up some solid endurance on the kettlebell swings mate.

Ahhh... the pain tomorrow :twisted:

Will have to invest in a set of KB at some stage.

Thanks rasta. One reason why i started the challenge in dez. We should repeat that during this year.

The pain will come - likely! I have to invest into a few more bells this year as I progress as well.

Thanks again rasta. I usually incorporate some swings as a warmup or in between sets, to keep the metabloism high (no wasted time, as time is scarce). That usually are lighter swings, depending on serios bro science, how I feel at that given moment :facepalm: :geek: :D
One day is actually dedicated to lifts and kb exercises (wednesday). The other days i use to gtg them - with success, as i see now, that this persistent grinding lead to sth.

I love what the swings have done to my shoulders, more chiseled, and obliques, more prominent. I assume, they're great fat burners.

Good day today,

3 TGUs with 12 kg KB (left and right, 6 in total)
3 x 3 two hands anyhow with 12 and 8 kg DB (left and right, so 3 x 6 in total)
5 x 20 KB Swings with 16 kg

Could've done more of each exercise, but wanted to keep good(!) form instead of sacrificing it for volume.

Oh, and ellbow plank: 2:42 min until I collapsed. :pushup2:
