If I may add my 2/100 of a silver dollar, I would say pick up where you left off. You would be behind Rich by about 2 sessions, if I recall? At your robust age, I think you could catch up to him. It would be an extra challenge worth of a budding warrior!

Either one is fine. If you're feeling froggy go right ahead and bust out the missed sessions.

Monday as in today? It is 12:48am right now.
I believe I am about 5 sessions behind. Do you want me to pick up where you are or catch up? I don't want a free ride so I would like to catch up. At the same time, I'm the disciple.

8 burpees in 30 sec is moving pretty fast. After enough rounds though, 2-3 burpees in 30 sec feel like they will kill you!

Dang! every time I come to this page it's on the top and the word "burpees" catches my eye.
I guess you know what that means!

I'm doing my taxes this weekend so I"ll probably use them as a stress relief!

Hey there Fellas.
Ok now I am back.
Ant and I have been experiencing lots of fun times with Cesitar and Santino. Sleepless nites, etc.

Further, I had a hypothyroid scare. Had a physical about two weeks ago which included bloodwork. Received a call from Dr's office saying I needed to start on meds pronto because of low functioning thyroid. I said NO WAY, I want to be rechecked. I did the next morning. The day of the recheck I received a call from my doctor who said it was a lab error, office manager is looking into it and that I am very healthy and to keep doing what I am doing.
So that's the story. I am still tired and need to get myself out of bed at 540am like I had been doing. So Rich!!!!!!! if you can hear me. I am jumping on the wagon again. I will just pick up from your sunday evening session. I think that trying to catch up will not help to keep me motivated. So bring it on big guy!!!

Hey that's weird, a few months ago I had blood test done and they said my thyroid functioned slightly too low (that's why I take kelp), which is weird because I felt (and still feel) healthy and I actually eat more than the average person while hypothyroid people eat less. LOLWTF
