8/23/13
Woke up at 430am cuz Santino was gassy and having a difficult time sleeping which led to the mama not being able to sleep. I'm glad Ant took my suggestion of waking me an hour prior to my 530am wake up and train time. I woul hate to miss training, it would ruin my day. So rocked
Him to sleep and then put him down at 530am back in his bed.

Then...

10:00 jump rope
10:00 mobility

I had planned on doing the pull, push, squat part of the murph...I have
Learned something.

Pull ups x 5
Push ups x 10
Square x 15
X 20 sets but only completed 10 sets in 24:31. Around round #6, things began to break down. More training! There was no way to get the 20 sets in THIS TIME!
I feel great this am!
