X2, those are some real nice numbers rasta. I'm sure you'll be breaking the HSPU and pullup records pretty soon, too, if you haven't already.

Need to build up a bit more volume and consistency on the Pullups and HSPU... Maybe a couple of months away!

Yeah Dave..bridge pushups With a 5 sec Full Bridge Hold at the top.

Congrats on the PRs. By HLR I take it you mean just from dead hang to L-sit position?

That 20 pullup goal is a solid. If anyone can hit it you can. :nod: :up:

Shrimp Squats:

Still to do...
1.  Strict One Arm Pushup
2.  FL
3.  Free standing HeSPU
4.  OAC
5.  Lever HeSPU's
6.  20 Diamond HeSPU's
7.  Deadlift BW (Well try for the first time anyway and see where this goal leads)
8.  Bridge with hands touching feet (10 year goal).

# Standing AB rollout may no longer a realistic goal, due to ongoing injury.
