You've got me beat on the first three. You're strong for a long skinny thing! I don't do the others.

Good work girl/woman! :)

I plan on hitting 150kg on the deadlift and a 30kg chin at latest when I get back from Japan. Of course, I've already found a gym where I'm gonna stay. Can you say 0.4$ per hour? Free weights and all? :cool

120 kg DL! Good job! 150 kg will be awesome! That's about 2.5 kg more than I've ever lifted so far!

Oh my, you never saw the vid on FB?

It's bad form etc., but it got up there. This was actually my second rep, as I just dropped it the first time, and my video man wasn't happy with that... "I'll just do it again", I said, and so I did - lol.

150kg would be formidable. Have you considered trying with a sumo stance?

What about Gamakichi, does he get no love?

You're too right, Dave! :D

No Gamakichi. Not a fave of mine. Tsunade and Jiraiya are by far my utmost favest! I cried my eyes out in episode 133...

Reading the manga too, I'm kinda nervous...

Sorry I don't get the reference... I've been out of it for some time... still remember the good old days and the awesome fight music though.

Man, I'm totally downloading that to add to my training tunes!

I took a pretty long break from Naruto too, when all they ever aired was fillers. Started watching again this summer.

Actually, all I ever listen to while training is Naruto OSTs :lol
Shippuuden has some pretty awesome tracks, too!
The thing with these OSTs are that I can put them into context, and once I do, it actually sometimes sends chills down my spine and gets me fired up!

It's kinda silly and childish, but it works, lol!

I like the following tracks:
Super Beasts Imitation
Silhouette
Flying Dragon
Muddy Stream
Thunder
Jet Black
Snowflakes
Fang
Flying Light
Roar
Supremacy
Burned Down
Anger
Reverse Situation
Madara's Theme
Rising Dragon
Critical State
Crushing
Kakuzu
Crimson Flames
Unkept Hair
Impregnable
Foreboding Skies
Sunspot
Screaming God
Night Attack
Water Above Cut
Lightning Speed
All Kinds of Spirit and Goblins

Phew - that's some list! There are an awful lot of soundtracks though, and getting through them all can be difficult. Btw, these are all Shippuuden (including movie OSTs) tracks.

HAHA! It's been popping up as a recommendation for me for ages, but I've never clicked it. It's much better than I thought!
While the acting isn't impressive, it's pretty well-made! :D They must have had so much fun!!

Thanks for sharing; pretty sure I wouldn't have watched it, if you hadn't posted it here.

About the lockout, I don't know what happened - I think the bar stuck to my legs, which is why it came up so unsmoothly :P

And the Danish version, the one I grew up with!

Getting all nostalgic...
However, I just now realize how horrible the Danish dubs are... but that doesn't matter to kids! :D
