Vits & Mins

Just bought some morning supps this morning, multi vit and min water dissolving thing, Calcium with vit K and D, and cod liver oil. was gonna get garlic but im young i dont need heart stuff yet or do i? What else is good/essential?

Apple Cider Vinegar (Braggs, if possible)
Ginger
Kale
Sardines
Turmeric

Not supps, but definitely superfoods.

Oh yeah: Glutamine.

Just multi, plenty of fruits and veggies, keep it simple I'd say.

Calcium and some sort of fish oil are good, so you've got all that covered. Some sort of protein supplementation can help too if you aren't getting enough of that.

Garlic is not just for your heart. It is a potent anti-oxidant, too.
Don't wait until you need good foods to eat good foods!

I figure every dollar I spend on wellness (thank you AVO) is worth 3 at the doctor.

might get some garlic stuff, garlic can help genital problems too, i was told this by all my sex education talks at college.
