Trouble is that there is just no way I am going to keep up both here and FB, so I have to choose or else the time will eat me alive. So, I do my thing here. Trouble is I really miss having N8tive, RickVV and some of the others around. :(

I just get up. I do not drink coffee for the "wake up" effect but for flavor. unless you can suggest something different, I am sticking to coffee.

december.6

I did kenpo x from p90 x( lovingt my ps3 so much coz i have some videos on it and i can workout on the living room, without having to use the computer.)
Im always tricked coz i think is going to be an "easy" workout, but is not. It´s very intense and fun. I love kicking, punching ,jumping.
I did the yoga part on the end and it´s so good for stretching and relaxing.
Before that, i did 2 pairs of emotm

5 deck sq with box jump(my 5 kg med ball) + 10 sq jumps x 4 rounds - mt legs were fried and my heart was almost out of my chest

5 plank up and down with tuck jump + 5 ninja jumps - same here. powerful combo.

good job working on the upper body...i know you enjoy the conditioning and lower body work but you def. want to make sure that you are balanced. I would say do some rows and if you are able to (you will eventually) do some pull ups.

good luck
