That's because of how language is set based on the region of admin.

Are you able to add other pages to the site or is it just the forum?

HI,
just popped over to the other board and found it was almost empty. I have moved here and hope to glean a bot of info on training. My main focus will be badminton and i am looking to play 2-3 times a week , have a one heavy weights session based around squatting/deadlifting and come conditioning fitted in around the badminton. I don't know how this will work yet but i'll see how it goes..

Welcome Rich! I don't think anything involving the squat and deadlift could work poorly! For conditioning, have you considered the Olympic lifts? They are a lot of fun built around the squat and deadlift.

Both of them! The snatch and the clean and jerk. Start light with them and learn the form. Once you have learned the movements, do sets with a weight you can handle but that is still challenging. It is majorly good for conditioning, strength, explosive power and flexibility; Oly lifts do it all!

Here is a resource for you.
