Hello World!

Hi guys. I'll re-post here what i wrote a few months back on BWC :)

"Hi guys and gals!

I've just discovered this website while searching for new ways to improve my workout, and it truly seems to be a place filled with knowledgeable people!

A few things about me. I'm a 27 years old male from Romania, 1.75m and currently weighing in at 74 Kg.
I've done plenty of sports in my youth, mostly martial arts and competitive sprinting, but stopped at the age of 18 when i went to college, and after getting a desk job, the horror came.
At the beginning of the year, January first, i weighed 90 kilograms with almost no muscle mass (not visible anyway) at all.
So i did a New Year Resolution and i pretty much kept to it. I went on a healthy food binge which helped drop about 10 kilograms, after which i slowly and steadily added an exercise regimen, with which i lost another 6 kilograms overall, and developed some muscle mass.
I actually am here to post my exercise regimen and ask for advice, but i'll do that in the training log section

So, that pretty much sums it up. Also, i never learnt english properly in school so please forgive my bad grammar and coherence "

Only thing that has changed is that I am now 28 years old :)

Hi Raver, welcome.

Your stats are pretty much the same as mine... 175cm, 74 Kg... except for the age unfortunately. I'm 40 yrs old.

I also weighed 91 Kg about 15 months ago, before I met BW training.

Look forward to following your progress.

Now that you've reached a healthy weight, what are you current goals and training methods?. ... 'Edit'... Just read your other post...oops:

Anyone who meets me automatically assumes I'm 22-24 years old. Guess that weight loss helped with that:D

Your right about that... Fitter and stronger now then I was at 20... So edit my previous post our stats are exactly the same!
