This year (2012) has been a so so year as far as training. I did not really fine turn my training intill the last few months, but since then I have hit a few PR's. I thought this would be a good thread to let everyone share there current PR's and any they wish to hit in 2013

No I dont have one of my own. I was at a Cert. & it was part of the training.

Oh OK. But I bet you want one, right? I know I would if I had the room for it I would. :D The closest I got is a cpl of different weighted medicine balls. But those atlas stones always looked super cool to me.
