This is good news, as I eat garlic regularly, and eat spinach fairly often. Both will grace my plate more often now though.

One of my favorite snacks is actually olives with a garlic clove in the center. The power of garlic combined with the anti-oxidant, and anti-inflammatory powers of olives is a sure win.

I love onions and garlic, I cant make a meal with out them.
this was very informative though, is there a way to view all the results of this test?
I wonder where arugula would be in the with salad greens.
