Convict Conditioning 2

Just "obtained" it, read through all of it briefly, doesnt seem to be as good as the first one. Has good information to take from it dont get me wrong, but most of it seems to be general knowledge anyway imo? kinda looks like a book created by the impact of the first.

Yeah I agree.

Some good stuff on finger and grip strength and the trifecta though.

I still do a quick morning trifecta most days.

Yeah, this is exactly what i was thinking. This ^^ right here is actually very useful information, but that is all i took from the book to be honest. It seems to be just echoing CC1 a lot.

Also agree, it's a nice addition to CC, but I don't think it contains enough 'new' infos to make up a whole new book.
I started doing the Fingertip Pushup and Neck Progressions just yesterday, I got the book last year though.

Common Knowledge for you guys ;) But for me it worked good enough with the flag progression, trifecta, neck and wrists. It was also inspiring somehow to read mental parts.

I didn't know almost anything about BWE until CC's so both books were good for me. And imo they're good for anyone who don't know much yet about these things. Good all around books for starting this kind of training.
