10 reps with one hand, your probably up to it.

Yeah I do them on my fingertips at the moment so I'm not physically pushing off too much. But the issue at the moment is my foot mobility. My right foot can almost bend enough so my knee can go well over it so I can stabalizing myself properly. Left is crap

Cbb to workout today, spent all day doing practical assessments and traveling. Tomorrow I'll do a full body to make up for it.

Rubberbanditz came. Gt home and tried them out, not bad at all. I got the robust ones and they are a fairly challenging tension. Black ones woulda been slightly to light. But I can see myself building up a lol variety of these. Two black ones would be nice for curls and over head extensions. But robust for now. Will help for my hotel room workouts, add variety. The tension itself is good, over head press it one arm a few times and I can feel it in my traps when doing mid rows! Overal I am happy

Hey Rix, I see you are doing a great! Just a question : Do you use weights or only bodyweight?

Go easy on pistol squats , never overdo. I'm 15 and I used to do them but after doing them a few weeks it started to hurt in my knees..

Anyway you're doing very good , keep on track!

Mike, it's getting popular every where lately! I know in Canada it is supposed to be really big. I like it because its a team sport and after all those years of competing on my own its nice to be part of a team. And it's still water so I'm comfortable.

Hi Nathan. Just bodyweight, but I use a lot of equipment like perfect push ups, med balls etc etc. boxing type stuff. Don't have the time or money for weights at the moment. Yeah I know, I have dodgy cartalidge in my knees but pistol progeesions have helped it a lot.

Yeah bodyweight is really good. Not having weights is making me explore strength/size gains through bodyweights. It's interesting. But one day I wanna go over to weights when I'm able to and compete in a minor strongman comp. would be fun.
