Yeah hopefully haha. Build up some strength with the vest this week then do progressions when I'm away for 3 weeks. Nice lil plan hopefully.

Your shoulders look fully ripped in your Avatar. All from bodyweight, or some overhead lifting as well!

Rastaman, only a month or two really... I think. Recovery is my only enemy at the moment. Yeah I have visible striations in shoulders, not so much in that avatar but in real life they are clearly visible, only part of me that has striations at the moment. Shoulders hold the least fat tho. But yeah, only from bodyweight, pike pu, HeSPU and the shoulder bw file.

Nathan, cheers buddy! Weight vest is awsome. Highly recommend getting one if you can. Weight vest and calisthenics equals mass in my experience.

I have a "fire" dragon on the right shoulder (wife has the "water" dragon on her left).
I have my kung-fu style with some traditional weapons ,top left.
Under that, a traditional Chinese arm band. All of them colored -I like color.

I'll start a thread of tat pics ( in General Discussion)as soon as I get some pics loaded.

Missed my workout yesterday, up and down polls all day is tiring :) but fun. Traps burnt off.

AM workout

Trifecta - 30 second each

6min burn
1min shadowboxing
1min burpees
1min shadowboxing
1min plank
1min shadow boxing
1min mountain climbers

No rest. Fun workout, simple and easy.

Went down to a gym with work buddies.

Basically did:

Pull ups
Dead lifts
Dips
Leg press
HLR
Core stability
Zercher squat (was fun)
Finger tip frog/crow stands
Lots of frog/crow stands to HeSPU. Can do four in a row now and hold it for 20 secs up top.

it's weird, I have at least the same amount of lower belly fat but I have a 4 pack above it. :toothy: :toothy:

Maybe you can do some kind of circuit starting with low reps and ending with high reps?
