Don't have time to watch the vid right now, but from the screenshot at the start it makes me think of a skinny version of RickVV. :D

I work in a long term care facility and I see the other end of the spectrum. It's pretty amazing what can be achieved if you keep active.

That's great! That guy has some interesting toys. Simple and effective ideas to keep the mind engaged.
I see a connection in what he does and the type of Tai chi like exercises I taught at the YMCA. He's a lot more fun than most people.
He needs to eat a sandwich or two -but he'd probably burn it off in a mnute or two!

If he actually spends most of his day playing I don't see how he'd keep any calories on.

And this is why you should never say no to trying something new. As long as it isn't insanely stupid.

Yea, he was a lot into this balancing type of stuff .. Rick does have an "interesting playground" too ! Don't think it competes with this guy, but still .. Better than my yard ;)

He definitely has a love of life and movement. I saw this a long time ago. Still, watched all of it again!

I tried to contact him several times and got no answer. You might try Barb again (on FB). Maybe she has some news.
