Hey don't put it down just because you progressed quickly at it. Not everyone will be able to do so and it will still be an accomplishment for them when they do it. I, for example, would be highly proud of such an achievement, especially because of my height. If I hit that achievement, don't tell me it's nothing special! :naughty:

We push ourselves the hardest. It's not my job to go and tell that other people's achievements aren't special. 20 dragon flags simply are not special compared to my goals, considering I still can't hold a full front lever. 10 dragon flags and 20 dragon flags aren't that different, it is still a brief isometric hold constantly alternated with a pause at the top, the majority of the pulling back up motion is very easy compared to holding the dragon flag at the bottom.

It's really about keeping your whole body tight, and pulling with your upper back.

^ That's a good point. 20 DF is impressive to me, cause I've always sucked at them. And still do... and I can do full FL, though not for very long, haha.

I actually don't think being able to do dragon flags 'at all' is that special (though many seem to just because half the videos on youtube just have people doing the negative portion and then 'leg raising' back up), but 20 straight is badass.

Thanks, but to me full front lever is way more impressive haha. Yeah, a lot of vids on youtube show bad form like piking at the hips.
