My bodyweight training journal! CCTommy

Been training bodyweight/calisthenics for maybee like 2 years now on and off. I mostly train for strength , but also some volume training.
Im 25 years old, soon to be 26. Will try to post all workouts.
current weight: about 93kg
height: 178cm

diamond pushups (slow) 8,8,8
triceps extension 10,10

lever pushups is a realy good strength builder in my opinion, if done correctly !

Once you hit the progression for Step 5 are you going to continue on with Close HeSPU or start working up to a Full ROM?

i dont follow the progressions anymore, i just train for strength and volume. Have tryed Close HeSPU for like 1/2 reps, didnt feel safe to go all the way down for me just yet. My goal is to be able to do Full ROM hspu for a few reps, have done 1 while using two chairs. Need to get some paralettes :) I want to master all the 6 master steps one day ! Mostly OAPU and OAHSPU. thanks!
