Great work with the Bridging mate  !
It took me quite some time to get to full lockout :hatsoff: Lack of mobility with my left shoulder, that 1 arm work and feet elevated bridges eventually sorted out.

You must be close to working Wall Walks and Closing Bridges, or just happy with bridge holds?  Which is fair enough, great exercise in its  own right!

first time trying the sissy squats, it hit my quads good.

I don't think sissy squats are bad for the knees, unless you are bringing your center of gravity too far forward. Keep at them if they feel good, is my two cents.

Nope, they would hang so low then from my iron gym pullup bar. Thinking of buying a chin up power tower . Dips from iron gym using rings doesnt feel that safe either .

Fair enough. Get yourself something to hang them from. The rings are great on the elbows and I always feel that with the extra height I can hold tighter form from the waist down with dead hang pulls on rings as compared to the doorway pull-up bar.

Use a set of rings that I hang from a tree at work and an iron gym at home. I know that the iron gym has served its purpose well over the years, but I'm finding the 30 sec dead hang Pullups a pain!

6 januari

pistol (a bit lower then 90 degrees) , R: 4,  L:4,
Full pistol , R:2,2,2,1,1  L:2,2,2,1,1 yay got the pistol back
squat (with dumbells and weightvest) 52kg 3x12
bulgarian split squat with dumbells , R: 22kg x 10    L: 22kg x 10
sissy squat 3x10
raised hamstring bridge 1x15

did 2 set bw tricepextension on rings, and 1 set dumbell curl at the end .

have been more serious in my leg workouts latley, more sets/reps and have pushed my self harder.
squat with dumbells and vest feels a lot heavier then with a bar in my opinion , hits the core a lot more

7 januari

Close pullups assisted with band 3x10
dips 3x12
hespu 2x7
short bridge 2x20
full bridge 2set

just a light workout to get some blood flowing =D
Have been thinking of increasing the frequency of my workouts, and have some days where i just train realy light.
Should start workout sometime on the week-end and do less chips/dips and beer, think it may be a reason why i make so little progress.

High frequency works, just keep a handle on your volume. I guess that goes for beer and chips as well as exercise :eyebrows:
