pistol squat, R: 2,2,2, L:2,2,2,
chins +30kg x 3 PB, 2,
regular pullups +30kg x 2, +20kg 3,
wide pullups bw 1x10
close pullups 2x7

dips bw 3x15
diamond pushups 2x15
hanging leg-raises 2x12
kettlebell swing 12kg 1x20, 20kg 2x15

afters a set of swings i feel like my posture improves for a while, i walk more straight =D

dips +40kg 1x4 pb, +52kg 1x1 PB total weight 145,3kg, +40kg 1x2, +20kg 1x11, bw 1x20
weighted pushups 1x6, 1x8
Overhead tricep extension with dumbell, R: 11kg 2x13, L: 11kg 2x13,

wide pullups +12kg 1x4, bw 1x8, 4x6,
bodyweight rows with rings 3x10,
one arm bicep curl, R: 21kg 1x6, 1X5 L: 21kg 1x6, 1X5

Pistol squat , R: 2,2,2,2,1 L:2,2,2,2,1
close squat 3x25
full bridge 3set

my pullups was weak today, but im realy happy with the dips, love my power tower ^^

Great work on the dips and pistols! Looking strong, you're gonna be hitting that 52 kg for reps before you know it!
