Good article. Situps (especially with weight) definitely have their place, though.

Interesting that he says glutes are part of the core. Based on their function and proximity to accepted core muscles, I'd have to say I agree.

Yeah J man, thats the one bit i was a bit iffy with, situps with a weight has very good purpose.
