New here, not everywhere.

Post by hedwards on Tue Jul 23, 2013 8:34 pm

Hi everybody.

I just got over here from the old Body Weight culture forum, and I'm already back to talking up the benefits of bridges. :laugh1: If I'm not careful, I'm going to become a parody.

The real question is what's not great about them.

Dynamic bridges are a great way of strengthening the spinal erectors. Static bridges are a great way to safely open the discs for nutrient and waste exchange. They'll also open up your chest and strengthen the lungs. And they'll both help keep the spinal column in proper alignment.

Everybody already knows all about bridges hedwards, what are you trying to do, become a parody?  (:face: )

Static bridges are a great way to safely open the discs for nutrient and waste exchange.

Wait, they do what now?  Cool!  I never knew that!  But it makes sense!

Coach Wade covers that in CC2, the relevant section is on his joint program (p. 139) if you have that book or want more detail on the specifics. It's something that makes sense, but it's not something that I would think of independently.

And thanks guys for the warm welcome.

I don't remember you from BWC but that don't matter! You're here now, that's all that matters.
(BTW- I don't remember a LOT of things!)
