Tills Recipes

Post by tilles on Sat Sep 21, 2013 10:46 am

So basically I just wanted to write down some of the stuff I cook. Since I'm too lazy to collect all my recipes and write them down at once, I'll just add some stuff from time to time to this thread.

To begin with : My Tuna/Rice Pan, usually do that one when I'm runnin out of fresh food.

Stuff you need to cook :

125g of (uncooked) Rice - it's one Rice cooking bag, easy to handle
1 can of tuna
2 eggs
1-2 shallots
1 can of Chickpeas or Corn (optional)
Olive Oil

Cook your rice ( usually it's around 15 minutes in slightly boilin water) ,Cut the shallots in small pieces, rings or whatever form, put some olive oil in a frying pan, as soon as it is hot enough add the shallots and fry them a little bit, add the tuna, add the rice, add the chickpeas or corn, add the soysauce (as much as you like...dpends on your taste), now I usually add the eggs, just crack them and add them to the mix, stir the whole thing. The eggs add nutrients and taste, but also make the whole thing a little bit more the sense of the rice and the tuna sticking together better, it improves the texture imo.
