Coconut water

I'd like to have your opinion on this beverage. It is said to be one of the best hydrating drinks on the market, which makes it perfect for quenching your thirst during and after training. Is this just hype?

I'd say no. I've tried it, loaded with preservatives unfortunately as it was all I could find, and even this made me feel energized. I can only imagine how powerful the real deal would be.

What brand? I bought Zico from a nearby grocery store. Its only ingredient is coconut water. Tastes great, hydrates well but it's very expensive, 7$ per 1L. I only bought it out of curiosity, I can't afford to drink this every time I do something physically exhausting

I buy it locally in the powder form (no added anything).. It is less expensive that way.
