Pullups x 3, then x 8 x 5 sets
Squats x 100 in sets of 10

I now have a door frame pullup bar, an early Christmas present from Lara today.  :)

By the way, I haven't mentioned it on the forum yet, but Lara and I decided a couple weeks ago to remain friends, but not to remain a couple, making me a single man again.

Today's workout:

10 ROUNDS OF:
High Bar Squat 155 x 10
Pullups x 3
Fingertip Hindu Pushups x 5

Felt awesome!  Fingers were really feeling the pushups towards the end, though, and I had to break up my later sets.

And pullups regularly is a tried and true way to feel good, so I never want to go without pullups again!

I thought so too! First time actually doing them as a workout, rather than just toying around. Fingers were hurting quite a bit during the last few sets, but they feel pretty good today.
