That leg workout lacks a good deal of sanity. I can think of many people around here for whom it is well suited!!

WTF... i look skinny and scrawny as hell right now i am extremely water and carb depleted i think. i literally lost my mind i look 10 kg lighter IN ONE DAY. i don't know if my mind is messing with me or not but i swear my upper body was huge a few days ago my biceps was literally huge and measurement was increased and my legs were decent but today my upper body looks suddenly a lot skinnier and my legs became sticks.

1 min rest between supersets, 5 min rest between every part, squats atg, try to not pause in a set.
new rule: for every time you pause more than a second in a set you gotta do a pistol on each leg lol

that's what i am working up to.

OK some questions.
1)    120 kilograms = 264.554715 pounds - is this correct????
2) KB squats and lunges - hold KB as in goblets squats?
3) tuck jump squats while holding KB - ok, can do.
4) frog jump squats as in ATG deep them jump forward or just vertical?

looks and sounds brutal. OK so going to shoot for some shouldering this evening. leg torture tomorrow and then leg destroyer thursday just to see what happens?

2. yeah something like that. usually i hold it with one arm in a front squat position lol. as long as you hold it.
4. first lower in ATG squat then jump forward.

i hate to say it but i think i need a deload week

i am feeling very tired whole the time for 1-2 weeks already but after the extreme pull-up burnouts i am destroyed ever since.

my arms feel like falling off, my head feels like exploding, and i have no appetite

i will take rest at least and see if i need a whole week or less

The way you've been getting after it lately it will probably do you a lot of good. 3 days of good rest and good nutrition and you might just swell up!

i have rage in me, and when i hear certain music or sound i jump off my chair and get insane motivation and i get visions. i also then growl and hit my chest with my fists lol.

when i am very tired or depressed that rage and motivation is sometimes gone. but it always comes back.

I experienced this too. My max was about 15s, but one day I was able to do a +20s handstand and from there it was easy. So just keep practice :D
