yeah, I'd say go easy on the neck if you're not used to it. The cervical spine is a bit different than the old elbows, Iliander :)

I kinda liked plate raises with the neck, good pump with light resistance, perhaps to prepare for bridging!

vertebrates house the spinal cord. any kinks on it leads to problems and that is my chiro's point.

I am at 700 reps now since the 3rd of the month. I overdid it quickly. I notice swelling in my inner elbow for both arms. Swelling went down after some rest. Did 100 yesterday with no discomfort or swelling today.

Looking to bang out 150 hindu squats and 75 hindu push ups during the day today

50/25 hindu squat/hindu push up for a day total of 150/75.,

tried some bridging RIGHT before bed. assisted by hands - 20 seconds. did not know by back could bend that much in the opposite direction. it felt good in a weird way. I will try more today (2/21/14).

I can fathom.  I felt that in my ankle and wrist, mostly from putting more pressure on my wrists and toes than they normally experience, and lining everything up differently to compensate. Feeling better now.

But your ATG program and hindu squats together is quite a showing!  You're getting the benefits of toes up and heels down all in the same day, every day!   :eat1:

2/22/14.
Shoulder blades have felt off, tender and as if out of place, I was able to sneak 5 pull ups EMOTM x 9:00. Towards the end reps dropped so only 35 pull ups. Shoulders feel so much better.

Thanks Ili. I think that is why my shoulder is acting up.

While cleaning after Santino's family gathering I banged out another 20 pull ups GTG 5 at a time while sweeping up, putting folding chairs away and throwing out trash. All after some tequila anejo...sipping not shots

10:00 block of 24kg kb single hand swings - 5l/5r = 100
Note - they don't feel right. Like if hips are not activating. Feels like I am just throwing/muscling up the weight.

Snatches like below - 10l/10r to warm it up

24 kg kb single hand snatches - left the right EMOTM X 7:00. Total of 70 snatches plus 10 more for a round 100. Form went to crap, hands super sweaty and kb kept slipping.

No training today so far. Went to bed with kids last night around 830p, then woke up around 1130p to sit with santino while Antoinette slept. So I got to catch up on TV shows until 330am.  then slept til 7am this morning.
Got to watch:
new episode of face off on syfy.
new episode of comic book men on amc
season opener of ink master on spike and season opener of tattoo nightmares
then season debut of game of arms on AMC - it is a show about arm wrestiling - definitely recommended.  lots of full body training involved and aired - tires, sledge hammers, some guy touched the tip of his now with the sharp end of an axe.  lots of testostorone.

20 walking lunges x9
supersetted. 20:50 in time

Same as above instead of jump squats I did atg squat 12:00

then, squats and calf raises. 11:00

Right now some soreness. Good times!

quads and glutes super sore. Wonder how sore I would have been if I 1) used weight and 2) did thecsquat jumps.
