Thanks!

It's moved from mainly in my throat to mainly in my sinuses, some decongestants and a good night's sleep should have me more or less back to normal. I could've trained today, potentially, but my sinus headaches are pretty bad and can make me dizzy; don't want to be balancing a potential skull injury (if dropped) above me while manuvering around under it... so getups are tomorrow.

I've had a sinus headache and they will put you out of commission.

Good work, strongman!

Yeah I get them all the time. Sucks, but I can deal. I'm lucky I don't get migraines... they run in the family.

Serious sinus pain can be debilitating too though. My wife has a lot of allergy problems that lead to a steady diet of sinus pain.

As you say, dizzy will not do. Hang in there!

Thanks guys. Yeah Matt it was awful haha. I'd like to get it for 22 a bit cleaner next year... and then maybe do 23 total reps with 2.5x or something the year after. I doubt I'll get here in five years:

But who knows, maybe by the time I'm 30 or something.

Still under the weather but definitely beating the bug. I'm heading to the gym to do some pulling in a few hours.

Didn't end up DLing (again)--felt too much pressure in my head even while doing my JM warmup.

Took some decongestants and later on did 30 minutes of continuous getups, 20 each arm with the 16kg at a controlled pace, alternating sides each rep.

Slowly bringing up my deadlift with the new back position, everything feels good so far.

Came really close to doing a chinup +135lb the other day, touched my chin to the bar but couldn't bring it to my neck.
