Nice list, man. Do you think the progressions would be any different for someone with a different build from yourself? (I mean, in all likelihood, yes, but wanted to know if you had any specific thoughts based on your experience with yourself and others.)

Thanks. Yeah maybe, I'm not 100% sure about the progressions though, it's only based from memory so I'll test it out properly tomorrow. I know other people will certainly find the progression numbers to be slightly different but that's more to do with what you have trained before than the build I think.

That's true--just where your strength is as well as leverages in general. And possibly general shoulder flexibility/health as well.

I have no idea personally, never do dips.

I think shoulder health/flexibility would be a huge, if not primary factor in dip progressions. But maybe build too? I have flexible shoulders and a great ROM, but long arms. And deep suspension dips always cause me consternation if they are done too wide.
