Thank you all very much for your continued support :).  And yeah Cesar, it was the best vacation we have ever been on.  For every breakfast we bought great cheeses, bread, and olives and made eggs.  For each dinner we went out to a nice, well reviewed restaurant (within price range) and then followed it up with wine and dessert back at the apartment we stayed at (air bnb, cheaper than a hotel). We walked up the Eiffel tower (690 stairs, only about 30 minutes), went to the Louvre, visited Euro-Disney.  Besides that we did a good amount of shopping for gifts for family and friends.

6/7/14
30 jumping jacks

Hand clap pushups: 12, 12, 15
Partner assisted bent over rows (partner holds you between his/her legs as you pull your body up): 10, 12, 15
Pistols (trying to touch the ground with my hands or legs as little as possible): 5, 5, 6
Weighted bridge holding 5 mississippi at the top then going down at a count of 5 (getting closer to floor at each count): 30 lbs for 10, 30 lbs x 11, 30 lbs x 12
Ab wheel: 12 x 3

Walked up the Eiffel Tower! How awesome was that! Did you take pics or vids, would love for you to share them if possible! And that must have been quite the workout!

Thanks. Anytime you live with someone you lose a bit of time because you sort of live in sync; both of you eat breakfast at the time same, dinner at the same time, go to sleep at the time same. If normally you take 10 minutes to get ready doing something and the other person takes 10 minutes you'll often end up taking 20 or some number in between. Still, we both make sleep, nutrition, and health a high priority despite both of us working full time jobs. That being said I have no idea how we're going to do it when we have kids eventually. It will be many times as hard.

Biked 8 miles to and from work, and then biked 3-4 miles total with my Wife when I got home. This was a bit much for a single day, but I felt exhausted in a good way afterwards.

Butt kicks: 30, 35, 40
Ab wheel as far as I can go trying to go farther each time: 5, 6, 7

I don't know if it was the yoga from last time or what but my abs were killing me when doing the ab wheel today.

30 Jumping jacks

There were a couple of weeks in between here where I mostly did yoga or biking to work. I also happened to be oncall one of those weeks and got woken up in the middle of the night. So let's get back on this horse again.
