Postworkout tips

hey I need some postworkout tips, i was eating only apple and banana which is just not enough
need 500 calories to hit my daily macros

120g carbs, 70g fat, 111g protein in other foods
without postworkout food

cottage cheese, curd cheese, ricotta, avocado, peanut butter whey or casein.

My favorite post workout is 350 ml whole milk, 30 g whey and 30-40g vanilla ice cream - all shaken. The preparation is silent (no mixer) and fast. Very convenient, because I train at home in the evenings atm.

Get some good protein. A mix of proteins is always a good shake for post workouts. Or if your not interested in buying shakes, a combo of fats, carbs and proteins is always good. For example, a banana or two and avocodo with cottage cheese. Exactly what Avo stated.
