To be serious:

Been reading and learning an awful lot. Gonna be starting an internship at a very high level performance facility in about 2 weeks, and have a full time job set up for this Fall already.

Getting back into steady training... slowly. All deadlifts done with a squat bar at least for now.

Recently hit a strict, almost full ROM one arm chin each arm with 10lb extra weight.

Cool.  I've been on a variable schedule that does not allow me to sleep at the same time each day, so my sleeping has been off and as a result my training too.  However, I am still steadily getting stronger, even if my conditioning isn't what it used to be.  I don't care that much about conditioning though, as much as I do about strength, mobility and agility. I maintain rudimentary conditioning, though, through regular cycling, and I could probably get back to my old levels within a couple weeks of consistently applying finishers at the end of workouts.

Haha, Rix! All I mean is that the foundation I have already built is always there as a baseline and leveling up to levels of super endurance is not something I see as being necessary for me. And training for strength is so much more fun!

Doing great but I haven't started my new log (yet). I'm working on it, there are some huge changes going on in my life right now.

I know where your coming from mate. I'm in a similar place, overwhelmed relocating and getting my head around a new job. I'm at the point where in the past, it's turned into a month or so break from training. Just making sure I maintain and don't lose the good strength gains I've made this year. Will get my head right in a week or two!

I remember the oooold forum.

Recently chatted with Mike who explained why he hasn't been on.
I haven't, as I simply first of all haven't been that active in training, and also lots of gnarly things have been going on the past year(s).

Planning on coming back if I find it comfy here. Taking up either MMA or BJJ when I manage to move.
