triceps/shoulder pain

I did some free HS and frog stands without warm up and within hour strong pain between shoulder and triceps appeared, I couldnt raise my arm straight in front of me, second day it was almost ok only light pain

searched for triceps strain, tendonitis but symptons are not the same as mine ... maybe its something to do with shoulder only? havent do any movements for 3 days and it feels like a weakness now, weird feeling

Maybe you have strained the muscle, over worked it coz your not use to hands stands yet. It's a lot of pressure on the joints when you first do them.

Sounds like a minor muscle pull, do some self massage and in a couple of days some easy stretching. If it recurs see a doctor and ALWAYS WARM UP!
