Why every man (and women too) should be strong

Post by Cesar on Thu Aug 14, 2014 12:16 pm

I read the post why every man should be strong on art of manliness this morning.
I believe I should be physically strong in addition to mentally and emotionally strong in order to be a more well-rounded individual.  By emotionally strong I do not mean lacking in emotion like "real men don't cry" and instead being aware and in touch with my emotional side as well.  The post does not focus on this but instead on the physical strength that every man (as per the writer) should have.
There are many links within the post to other posts from the same site which I still have to read and very interested in doing so.

Anyway, just figured I share as I am really enjoying the post/articles I have on www.artofmanliness.com

I read one of the links - all about nutrition, rest and training HEAVY

I am not sure about the high cholesterol though. I would be concerned with cholesterol.

You have to have cholesterol to make test. Unless you are one of the fairly small % of the population that is cholesterol sensitive, eating it won't raise your levels, especially if you stay active and keep your grains low.
