nothing special atm, very limited tools since ever so it may look weird but thats my struggle
some of these are old and some were not done fresh, I will update with date once I beat that
also that doesnt mean I work only these exercises

BODYWEIGHT
wall HeSPU: 3x3
Dips: 31 .. pre-injury 33
Pull ups: 18 .. pre-injury 15
Push ups: 40 .. pre-injury 45
Diamonds: 35
Hanging leg raises: 10


WEIGHTED
Dips: 20kg 5x5|1x10
Pull ups: 20kg 1x4 .. pre-injury the same


Overhead press: 47kg 4x5
Front squats: 27kg 1x20
Squat: 40+kg 1x1 .. random sandbag

its a shame I got injured exactly 1 week after I posted this lol.. anyway I am back, just started 6th week

23.3.2015 - postinjury update.. 20th oct injury, started training(pull ups and dips) 16th feb, been doing light work since dec

Dips: 25 (20 clean)
Pull ups: 16 (~10 clean)
Diamonds: 25 not fresh few weeks ago
Hanging leg raises: sets of 5 on stall bars
Pistols: 4x4 each leg

Front squats: 5x5 @ 40+ kg
