What kind of salads you eat with meals?

On training days i usually cook some potatoes and steaks, and done just basic salad consisting if iceberg lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes. I might add some tuna etc sometimes.

I'm looking for new ideas, that would complete my healthy eating more.

Spinach, kale and other nutrient rich greens. Red onions, finely sliced go well in salad and the benefits of alium vegetables cannot be overstated.

whatever veggies we get from our CSA. lots of different greens as well as edible plants and flowers. some oil and vinager.

I like a lot of spinach and arugala, Iceberg get's boring after awhile.

Spinach, kale, romaine, spring mix with an olive oil/red wine vinegar dressing.

Nuts, beans, cottage cheese.

Yes Beets....red and white. I remember hating them when I was a kid...and now they taste so good.

I also stumbled across Pak Dong while at a local farmer's market. You can add it to almost anything.

Kraut, hardboiled eggs, cauliflower, sprouts - green lentil sprouts or sprouts in general are easy to make - er, sprout.
