I commiserate. Sounds like we have about the same thing. Just a cold, but it takes it out of you. Get better and then you can come back strong!

If it's not one thing it's another. Had a piece of glass fall out of a window yesterday and cut my right Thumb. My wife put a couple of stitches in for me. Looks like I'm going to work on my weak side for a little while.

Is your wife a nurse or did she do like I did once and sew it up with needle and thread.
That's when I learned what a good product Neosporin is.
Btw- I now have actual sutures (and am not afraid to use them!) Wish I could get some lidocaine though.

A little something to get back in the "swing" of things

2 clusters like this
10 swings
1 OHP L/R
15 swings
2 OHP L/R
25 swings
3 OHP L/R
50 swings

used two hands and 24 kg on the swings, 16kg on the presses. Going to lay off the snatches for another week or so and let the thumb heal a little more.

I can't wait till we get back outside! I haven't wanted to bring the whole dungeon in the house so our simple , effective routine has become quite boring!
Swings will be in the mix soon!

Looking forward to warm weather as well. My garage is a big mess from all the salt and snow. Antoinette also told me that the plan for when it gets warm, is to clean up garage, build shelving units from 2x4s and that will give me more room and less things to crawl and jump over.

Thanks Gents! More storage is always a plus. I've got a little 6' storage locker out by the shed for my stuff.

5 rounds
5 swings L/R
5 cleans L/R
5 front squats L/R
5 presses L/R
All with 16 kg. left out the snatches due to the thumb, funny how you can do the rest of these without really using it.

3 rounds
5 pushups
1 super strict super slow-mo negative

I took the stich out Saturday and then proceeded to bang it on the storm door and break it open again. I give it another week and I'll be back to grabbing with that hand.
