The shoulder stand squats were way easy until my upper abs started cramping. Tried to get back in position a couple more times but the pain was terrible.

Horizontal Pulls 6, 3, 3
Shoulder stand squats 9, 4, 19

Moved up to horizontal pulls. Harder than I thought they'd be. Didn't do them knees bent like I have been. Kept the heels together and body tight.
Still getting that pesky abdominal cramp on the shoulder stand squats. Played around with my foot position and made it to 19 on the last set before it hit.
Spent all day in the sun again today but didn't feel as drained as last night. Must be getting aclimated

Close any doors that happen to be nearby also. The first time I tried to hit a wall handstand I somehow lost my balance sideways and fell into the closet. Didn't get hurt but my wife happened to be walking in as I crawled out. She laughed and said "It's about time you came out of the closet". She kills me.

No snatches yesterday or last Thursday. Got to fix that!

WU
Horizontal pulls 5,4,4
Shoulder stand squats 16, 4, 50

Still having trouble with the ab cramp on the shoulder stand squats. Almost killed me on the second set, I was pounding my gut with my fist to get it to release. Took off my work shoes, widened my "stance" a little more and kept my body a lot straighter on the last set and was able to roll right on through. the right knee/calf is still a little bothersome, If I sit for a while, I limp for the first 7 or 8 steps when I get up. But once it gets loose I'm fine. I'm going to have to figure something out for legs because I haven't done any real squatting in weeks.

It looks like this. Only I'm using a partially deflated basketball against the wall for resistance instead of my hands. You can also do it as a partner exercise

What are you doing to get used to having stress placed on your hands and shoulders? Any pike pushups? Quadruped walks?

I enjoy the frogstand as well, but it's much harder on my wrists.  Much easier to control my long body this way though, than when it is in full extension.  Gets the hands used to being the support foundation, at least.

WU

Horizontal pulls 7,6,7
Jack knife squats 21,20,24

2x100 yards - 100# SB
OHC 50 yards out and Bearhug 50 yards back

1x100 yards - 100# SB OHC

Numbers aren't much better on the pulls but they felt stronger and I was able to pull up higher.
Knees and calf are waay better. At this rate I'll be back to ATG squats in a month or two.
First time to do the carries in months. i was surprised I could carry the bag overhead for 100 yards. I couldn't do that when I was doing them before.

WU

Straight bridges 27, 20, 20

2x400 yard back carry - 120# SB

2x200 yard suitcase carry 24kg KB

I planned on stopping after the back carries. The Grandkid wanted to go around with me so I grabbed the KB and went a couple more laps. He wanted to race so I jogged with it and switched hands back and forth as needed.
