Ha, yeah a little sore!  

That's exactly what I did.  Haven't used it for a while though.  Like a lot of things I tried for my tennis elbow, it seemed to help at first, then stopped, so I quit doing it.

Thursday: a bunch of light singles of Zercher Squats and High Pulls, plus some shadowboxing, pushups, rows, and jump squats

Ha, too true.

I came down with a case of the flu that turned into strep, didn't do much besides lay around and sleep for a few days. I hope to put in a light session tomorrow, I'll see how I feel after work.
