One more question about nutrition, concerning calories.

During this day, it seems that i have consumed 1210cals, as being calculated by the package info, just added them up.

But when i started to make sure by calculating the macros (4 calories in protein/carbs, 9 on fat), i got 1566 calories. I double-checked the packages, it added up to 1210, then i checked on the net and corrected the information on the chicken, but still got only 1255. I guess that the macros are right on this one?

And man i really need to get more healthy fat, i'm having 168g of protein :D Fats are really low, mut carbs are almost ok..
