Then the next step is to make whatever you do a harder variation. Or try to keep what level you have while raising to boys!

Lil Cesar has been attending prek-3 and prek-4 (this year) and will start kindergarten this coming september. We were tossing the idea around of sending him to a public school where there is a dual language program - MWF all classes in Spanish and TueThurs all classes in English. We took a tour - principal is sub par which trickles down to the staff. The previous principal was very much in control - was effective and there for the kids. Not the current one.
Antoinette and I talked about it and came to the understanding that the school he currently attends which is a catholic school is where we want to send him and Santino. Yes it is a big expense - you can not put a price on their education.

Yes it is a big expense -  you can not put a price on their education.

When so many parents in today's society don't even who their baby daddy is and won't get out of bed to make sure their kids eat before school, you guys are a fresh of breath air. I went one step further after middle school and homeschooled my daughter through high school. She finished in two and a half years and had 6 college courses before her peers in the best magnet school had finished high school.
Kudos to you and Antoinette. Check into homeschooling! Contrary to what you hear the kids are well adjusted because you don't have to do it alone. We belonged to a group that helped each other. The kids had field trips , physical ed , social get togethers just like the "normals". Oh wait, the normals didn't have phys ed or social time after school.
Private school is WAY better than any public school- even if you're not able to home school, you're kids are on a better tack through life!

We have tossed the idea of home schooling as well. Currently on shelf but not placed in the "no way no how" drawer. now because of FB there are many ways to connect with others and we have found parents who homeschool their kids groups where one can participate in the groups for field trips and the like. Lots of motivations goes into it from both parent and child. Great work, Mike.

5 assisted pistols right leg
3 assisted pistols left leg

note. right leg still stronger. I am able to get all the way down on right leg and push back up with some assistance. left leg needs twice as much assistance. It is like I weigh a ton.

Yoyo's or Spinning Tops? Marbles or Jacks? Baths or Showers? Dirt or mud? Why are girls yucky? Whats faster , cars or motorcycles? Why is it cold? Why do ants bite? Why do bees sting? Why don't cats bark? Why do people wear clothes?
Why don't clouds fall? Why is the sky blue? Why does poop stink? Why do I have to go school ? How many teeth will I have when I get big? Why do burpees hurt?

thanks, CC. shoulder is doing well. Sometimes i feel a little discomfort. Pull ups are good, no worries with rotation there. Doing neutral grip ones.
No snatches yet. Worried i migt not be able to do them with left hand/arm.

I ran over my shovel on friday with the rental car. LOL. So went to Lowes and bought this one.

Yes, it was fun. Wish I had more time to shovel so that I would do less snow blowing.
It has been snowing nonstop since i left home this morning and will do some more snow removal this evening. Problem is that it will be close to bed time for boys and want to spend some good quality time with them. So I might have to wait until tomorrow.

Post by Cesar on Tue Feb 03, 2015 10:11 am

Thanks Fellas. Maybe it is the angle of the shot, lol.
On this picture, Santino saw me doing rows under table and jumped on.  25-30lbs of resistance felts great - i was maxing out at 5 reps at a clip - i usually do 15 reps unweighted.

with that said;

2015-02-03

standing waist rotations x20
Bootstrappers x 20
kneeling backbends x20
tablemakers x 20
hindu push ups x 20

100 hindu squats.

I slept in until 630am, then started on the cheesedog mobility when Lil Cesar woke up.  Then only enough time to get the hindu squats.  I was up at 1am cuz Santino was gassy, held him while sitting on rocker and watched Dany Trejo on Machete.
Also, I sign up for overtime at Crisis Unit every month.  I signed up for almost all the evening shifts this month and was given 12 of them.  Overwhelmed by the email with all the shifts.  Biggest concern is that I will not be home to spend time with boys and Antoinette two days at a time. I will be arriving home when they are asleep and will most likely leave when they are still sleeping.  The $$$ will be nice - at what price though.  I feel conflicted. Trying to get myself psyched to be able to focus, do my duties both as father and provider.

Slept thru alarm as santinowoke up mulitple times during the night and yours truly got roa sit and rock with him and not sleep.

100 hindu squats before going outside to shovel as there is alternate parkig for snow removal. Often plows plow snow into driveway, wet heavy snow. So plan for today was hindu squats and shovel. Well not plowed in so added;

20 push ups regular not hindu
10 bw rows under kitchen table
x 5

shoulders felt good as long as i listened to my bosy and adjusted hand position as needed.

another night with interrupted sleep. Not sure what is going on with santino and hope that it is just a face. He wakes up in the middle of the night wantig to nurse for comfort. Antoinette took away evening nursing only nurses for nap and at bedtime and once in the am upon waking. He is often thirsty during the evening and wants me to hold him and rock him to sleep. I do, give him some water and he goes to sleep after i sit on the rocker for a bit. I will often pop the tv on watch a show and put him back to sleep. Well it happened a couple of times last nigt leading to being woken up and me feeling irritated as i was woken from sleep. I felt very frustrated and just annoyed. Eventually he fell asleep and slept for the rest of the night. I slept in so only able to get 100 hindu squats this morning

Ha! Everyone needs to do some manual labor. That's when you learn to appreciate paying for those services!

I either was in an ATG squat or pseudo lunge. At times, my right knee dropped. Back was sore during the day yesterday. I am doing OK today. No discomfort.

Yes definitely. It was not too bad but it does suck.

Snow blowing and 100 hindu squats. Santino and Lil C. are sick. Santino could not sleep well, held him most of the night. I think I slept 3 hours last night.

If I do something like that I'm usually on all fours.

Bill,
I did not have any protection for the knees and figured, squatting is always a good thing.

This morning; 2015-02-10
Only able to do 100 hindu squats. Boys are still sick. Santino wanted his papa to hold him while papa either walker, sat on glider. Super congested. Antoinette has been with them daily and also needed to rest so we tagged team. I believe I might have gotten between 3-4 hours of sleep last night. So I slept in until 7am. I usually get up at 545am to train. So only the hindu squats. In addition, I work overtime until 1130pm. Yeah!

Cesar, how do you get so much done? You have three times the obligations/duties I do, and yet get three times more done. My hat is off to you!

Thanks Dave. I try even though I wish I did. I feel like I am slacking when it comes to training for the last several days.
