12 burpees
24 push ups
36 bw squats
100 jumping jacks.

It went well. Slow and controlled burpees. Did not want to push it my firs time out. They felt good. No discomfort on my left shoulder. This does not mean that I am going back to the 100 daily. I think I am going to throw them in as needed - in small amounts like today. Push ups also felt good. No pulling, discomfort or pain. Wonder how snatches will be? Not til it warms up out there. Next time, I try this I will do 100 MCs instead of JJs. The Rx is 400 meter run instead of JJs.

note: Sleep last evening was not consistent. Santino woke up 2x during the night and as we are working on transitioning slowly from nursing during the overnight, I got up with him. He asked his mama for milk, she lets him down lightly. Then he comes to me and points in the direction of the living room. He is often thirsty so i get him a drink of water and he relaxed on my arms about 20 mins later he is passed out. and we can lay down back in bed. That was twice last night and then my alarm went off and a 3rd time. So instead of having 40 mins to train, I only had 10 mins to train.

good morning for some squat jumps and burpees.  plus 50 hindu squats to round off the daily 100. Breathing was labored and sweating up a storm. This channel and its videos are idiot proof. can not mess it up. just watch or listen to the narrator and follow directions. there is another one that is 32 mins long. I will give it a shot sometime this week

She asked what can she do to lose fat. Told her to do burpees, I showed her, she said she can not do those - actually she was not going to do it as she has a video she uses and never does them - "they are hard." :twisted:

Thanks Bill. No videos cuz of the stomach bug. Both boys got it sometime before departure. So from 3/17/15 to 3/22/15 we were in doors often. Both boys had projectile vomiting and diarrhea. I ended up with Diarrhea on friday 3/20/15 and was better by monday 3/23/15. Did not get to the beach until Monday the 23rd. But at least we go to enjoy a couple of days at the beach.
Sleep was poor because Santino was gassy and with discomfort most night and only wanted antoinette to nurse and me to carry him, paced around living room and eventually sleep on my shoulder and chest.
