Im Proud of my hanging leg raises, first time my dad and bros saw them they was like haha.

And about the Hindu squats, ill make a video and get everyone's feed back, i was getting a lil air time lol, i'm not sure if i went low enough tho, but i was definitely getting the motion.

As long as you were bouncing at the bottom then you were getting low enough I think. The real challenge with hindu squats is to be sure to lock out at the top on each rep with full knee and hip extension.

Anyway, pleased do post your video in the Member Videos Section, I would be very inspired to see hindu squats of the speed you describe!

i took them out because i dont really do weights and only one was free weighted, other two was cable weights. Just seems more fair

You had a pretty decent deadlift, if I recall, didn't you? Or was it a squat. Over 150 kg? I'd keep that in.

no it was one where you sit, but stand, like slanted? yu know what i mean? yeah was cables, i couldnt never squat 160 free weight, thats why i took it off. not fair or true really



like this, but i think it had cables? im not 100 sure, was a old machine, not even there anymore

yeah similiar to the pic but old and nasty. Yeah ill have too now, i dont think i would be far off to be fair, but ill make it official. i free benched 100kg for 3 reps so should be able to squat high. I have never DL'ed every either!! really curious now....

haha sorry i didnt mean it like that, looks bad, i had a shit chest and could not bench over like 60kg but built my way up to 100kg and my legs are my stronger assets so i think i could do well :)

I've actually wondered about clapping (two arm) HSPU. At close to 20 reps I should be able to get at least one 'clap'... I need to focus on getting my hands closer together, though. And, speed... I'm more of a 'grinder' when it comes to overhead stuff.
