Is it good? I wouldn't think it has much of processed sugar.

Over here in the US, Granola bars are chock full of processed sugar. They're candy bars advertised as Healthy food. It's no wonder we're all fat over here.

I don't really know how to develop my question.

I couldn't find anything that would indicate is it processed or not. Labels don't say much. I bought it from Lidl, so it's german. Says there's 20g of sugar/100g, which seems quite a lot. But is from the fruits, or is it processed.

It doesn't matter, really. Sugar from fruit is a simple carbohydrate, as is "processed" sugar. The impact on your body is 100% identical from both. "Processed" is a fad term that doesn't signify anything.
