anyone did full cycle of GVT before? what were you expecting and what were your results
do you think it works only with tempos prescribed? (40X0 for main and something like 2020 for supplementary work)?

this is original GVT article from Poliquin, 10x3 would be done with 6RM max

I would like to try all 3 cycles with few weeks between as some lower volume work
10x10 then 10x6 then 10x3 mostly with bodyweight exercises scaled down for my ability and some lifts like OHP and curls

I have done 10x10 with short rest once with dips

I've done some GVT in the past. It works well for hypertrophy and some fat loss and muscle endurance. The biggest problem with it is it can be a long workout and gets boring after a while.
