Felt a little ab pull during the tire flipping , so I stopped.
Tire weighs 175 lb.

Thanks CheeseDaddy, that's gonna hurt tomorrow. I figured I could get through the pushes easily enough. Wrong! I had several fails but did get through the proper prescribed number.

3/12/16-

I've done a few small workouts....just didn't post them.

Today- anyone remember Kiltman?
Here's his deck of cards

Burpees, push ups, mountain jumpers, squat jumps
Heart rate got as high as 170 in one set.
I did them in sets of ten until the last set, then just finished out the deck.
Ironic how the hearts were burpees. I definitely don't heart burpees!
Took 1:02
I waited until my hr got down to the high 120's before starting a new set.
Tired now.

Been doing the yearly leaf rake and burn. Takes a few days.... lots .... of....leaves......many trees.. with lots of leaves.

Did get in some tgu's yesterday.

Raking leaves is a good workout in itself! Burning them is just plain fun (city boy without frequent access to fire)
