Post by Rix on Tue May 17, 2016 11:45 am

Just wanted to share with you my current stack of supplements I use. I quite like these ones and will probly be using them for a while.

Do you guys take any sups? I quite like knowing what others take. Always interesting.

cheap students stack :D
- whey concentrace, micellar casein
- creatine
- caffeine(coffee)

next investments probably towards some collagen and fish/cod liver oil cause my body needs that as I incline to lower fat recently and its usually just eggs, olive oil and dark chocolate or beef

I don't like glutamine. Doesn't seem to do much for me personally.

I like how nearly everyone has joint care. That #@§¥ is essential!!!

I used glutamine when I was younger and didn't see any effects. Maybe now would be a better time? But my whey powder has glutamine in it, so I guess I'm OK?

My usual stack is:

Whey powder
Fish oil
Vitamins C and D
Magnesium
Zinc

From time to time, I'll also include vitamin B, various minerals and herbal supplements (I like milk thistle for the alleged liver cleansing effect).

You can't go wrong there. Milk thistle is proven to help the liver, unlike Dandelion root which has increased in popularity lately as a cleanser.
