low fat diet observations

I have learned alot during last cut and decided to cut again cause I messed up a bit after
my cut macro goals are 180g protein, 180-200g carbs, 50-60g fat which I think can be considered low fat

but I am hitting even less fat intake, maybe 40-50

carb sources are not that good either. its a lot of fruit, bagels and rest from starch. lately I am having stuff like pancakes with sugary jams after just lean meat with veggies and this make me full a long a time

fat sources are mostly eggs, fish oil and some from dairy

also I eat once every 2-2.5 hours

all of this is contradicting with general cutting advices (more fat for satiety, bigger meals to feel full)

hunger is minimal, just I have strange feeling cause I am used to eat alot more and its more psychological
