Rix 2017 Log

Hey guys gonna post a few bits here every now and then. Been really into crossfit the past year and recently got my level 1, training and coaching at a box so all good there.

Experimenting with programming on myself and practicing coaching via friends and family to improve skills and confidence. Taught my girlfriend to do medball cleans haha.

My current training usually is either the WOD or if I chose to train independently normally a lot of oly lifts and short metcons.

yeah not bad, the other day I hit a heavy 3 reps for the crossfit total lifts (squat, str press and dl) then moved on to a muscle up complex SS with defecit HeSPU. Then a short 10 min AMRAP of gassy things like box jumps and double unders! fun and horrible.

Just been taking the weight down on my Oly lifts and trying to get under the bar better. Struggling with hip mobs
