So, how does one use creatine? Usually there's instructions on the product, but I haven't bought it yet. How many grams a day? Before or after workout? What's the dosage on non-trainining days, if at all?

edit: From what I understand, I need to train heavy. Unfortunately I can't afford a gym pass, so what I do is bodyweight exercises with a weighted vest (20lbs) using the TVT method.

15 minutes of dips, 10 minutes of push ups, 15 minutes of pull-ups, 10 minutes of chin-ups and 5x20 jumping squats. Considering this, is it worth trying creatine?

I will run soon in the morning. Is it more appropriate that I do intervals to get the best out of creatine?

Let's hope anyway!

High in protein, very lean and great source of omega3.

Great on the barbie!
I forgot, I had kangaroo tail soup once a looong time ago. That's what the label said anyway :)

From what I understand, creatine is used for size. So strength training is going to be what you want to best use creatine.
If I'm wrong, someone please correct me!

I have D3... but I always forget taking them. Same with magnesium.

I use whey, but don't really see it as a supplement.

So I pretty much take... nothing :geg:
